What I do. And what I don’t.

  • Stay on top of emails, calls, and texts so nothing sits unread

  • Schedule appointments, jobs, and meetings

  • Send invoices, record payments, follow ups

  • Data entry and digital recordkeeping

  • Handle new client intake and account questions

  • Other admin support for the things that don't fit a neat category

I'm one person, based in Rockland County, dedicated to your account every month — doing the six things below so you're not the one doing them after dinner.

If you're an attorney: I never touch legal work — no research, no drafting, no client advice, no case strategy. If it requires your license, it's yours. If it's everything around it, it's mine.

The small but important details.

  • A signed confidentiality agreement is in place before I see a single client name — yours, or your own agreement if you'd rather use it.

You don't want a promise. You want to know exactly what happens to your information. So here it is:

  • I work inside the systems you already use. Nothing gets exported, duplicated, or stored outside your existing tools unless you ask me to.

  • Client and business details are handled the way in-house staff would handle them: accessed only as needed, never shared outside your business, never discussed outside the engagement.

  • You set the boundaries on what I see and touch. Starting narrow and opening up later is normal, not a red flag.

If any of that raises a follow-up question, that's what the 15-minute call is for.

Hi, I’m Diane.

I’ve spent more than 8 years in administrative and executive support, including the last 4 as a dedicated Executive Assistant to C-suite and partner-level leaders across technology, finance, legal, and sales.

Put simply, I’ve built my career around making sure things don’t fall through the cracks.

Now I do that same work for businesses here in Rockland County. The scale may be different but the job isn’t. An invoice that hasn’t gone out, a callback that’s 2 days old, a new customer waiting for an answer, these are all the same problem: work that needs to get done but keeps getting pushed aside.

I’m one person. Not a call center or an offshore person. If you hire me, you get me: the same person every time, who knows your schedule, your customers, and how you like things done.

I also cap the number of clients I take on at once, so that stays true. It’s not a promise that quietly stops being real once I get busy.

Try me first, on the house. Hand me one thing that's been waiting on you: the invoices that haven't been sent, those social media comments that need a reply, the callbacks you owe. I'll have it back to you within 48 business hours. No charge. If it works out, we talk about me doing it every week.

No setup fees, no per-minute charges, no surprise add-ons.

If it’s not working, you’re not stuck.

Month to month, no long-term contract. If you want to stop, give me 30 days' notice and that's it. No exit fee, no explanation needed.

Fifteen minutes. That’s the ask.

Tell me what's piling up. I'll take one thing off the list and have it back within 48 business hours, no charge. If it's a fit, we talk about me doing it every week. If it's not, I'll say so and we'll both have saved time.

Still have a question? Ask it on the 15-minute call — or email Hello@ClearTheQueue.com.
