What I do. And what I don’t.

I'm not a virtual assistant picking up random one-off tasks, and I'm not an operations consultant redesigning how your business runs. I'm dedicated executive support for the parts of your day that are already yours to own — just no longer only yours to carry:

  • Calendar and priority management, protected from constant reshuffling

  • Inbox triage and correspondence

  • Meeting prep and follow-through, so nothing gets dropped

  • Deadline and commitment tracking

  • Travel and logistics coordination

  • Executive communications on your behalf

If you're an attorney: I never touch legal work — no research, no drafting, no client advice, no case strategy. If it requires your license, it's yours. If it's everything around it, it's mine.

The small but important details.

You don't want a promise. You want to know exactly what happens to your information. So here it is:

  • A signed confidentiality agreement is in place before I see a single client name — yours, or your own agreement if you'd rather use it.

  • I work inside the systems you already use. Nothing gets exported, duplicated, or stored outside your existing tools unless you ask me to.

  • Client and business details are handled the way in-house staff would handle them: accessed only as needed, never shared outside your business, never discussed outside the engagement.

  • You set the boundaries on what I see and touch. Narrow scope to start is normal, not a red flag.

I've spent eight years in administrative and executive support, with the last four as a dedicated EA to C-suite, SVP, and partner-level leaders across tech, finance, legal, marketing, partnerships, and sales — which is a long way of saying: whatever you do, I've probably already kept someone in your world on schedule and out of trouble.

At a tech company, I managed multi-time-zone calendars for a CRO, CMO, and SVP of Partnerships at once — coordinating 31 domestic and international trips, five executive offsites on a $200K budget, and the board-meeting prep that kept three leaders walking into every room decision-ready.

In another role, I spent two years at a commercial real estate law firm in Manhattan, supporting six attorneys — filings, document production, deadline-sensitive client and court communication. I know what a missed deadline actually costs, because I spent the time making sure it didn't happen.

I'm one person. Not a call center, not an offshore team. If you hire me, you get me — the same person on every call, who already knows your schedule, your clients, and how you like things done. I also cap how many clients I take on at once, so that stays true — not a promise that quietly stops being real once I get busy.

Founding Client Rate

The first three clients who sign on get 20% off their first three months. In exchange, I ask for an honest testimonial once you've seen the work — good or lukewarm. That's the deal.

If it’s not working, you’re not stuck.

No contract. Month to month, cancel anytime, no exit fee. And if the first month isn't a fit — for any reason, no explanation needed — I'll refund 50% of what you paid, and you won't be charged again.
